Kenya Airways does not offer discounts for senior travellers.
Pets
Except for service dogs, animals are not allowed to travel in the cabin and must be transported as cargo. Air miles
Flying Blue. Two kinds of miles are earned in Kenya Airways’ frequent flyer scheme: Award Miles, which may be used for travel, car rental, accommodation and more; and Level Miles, which increase a passenger’s status within the programme and the benefits that they may receive.
The Flying Blue programme is shared by Kenya Airways’ SkyTeam partners, so miles earned through flights with one member may be spent on flights with another.

Airline alliances
Kenya Airways is a member of SkyTeam, one of the world’s largest airline alliances, with partners including KLM, Delta, Air France and Alitalia. It is also a member of the African Airlines Association.
Dubbing itself “the Pride of Africa”, Kenya’s flag carrier was formed in 1977 after the demise of East African Airways, which was jointly owned by members of the defunct East African Community. The airline’s first flight took place that year, carrying passengers between London and Nairobi, and since then it has earned the reputation of being one of the foremost sub-Saharan airlines.
