Carry-on rules:

First-class and executive-class passengers are allowed two pieces of carry-on luggage and one notebook computer on board; economy-class passengers are allowed one piece of carry-on luggage on board. Carry-on luggage should not weigh more than 11 pounds (5kg), and should not exceed 45 inches (115 centimeters) long.

Meal options:

In-flight options include diabetic, gluten-free, low-calorie, low-cholesterol, Muslim, Hindu and vegetarian meals. Such requests must be made 24 hours prior to departure.

Children:

Unaccompanied children ages 2 to 4 must be accompanied by an extra flight attendant. Children 5 to 12 can board unaccompanied but must adhere to strict rules and must have the proper authorization forms completed by the parents or legal guardians of the child.

Pet policy:

Dogs and cats are accepted in the cabin or as checked baggage, but such requests must be made at the moment of booking and ticketing, and the pet must adhere to the airline's pet policies.
