Horizon Air Check-in
Horizon Air recommends that passengers be checked-in and at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the flight is scheduled to depart. The cut-off time for passengers flying domestically (with hand luggage only) is 30 minutes prior to departure. From Atlanta, Denver, Las Vegas, and Newark airports it's 45 minutes. The cut-off check-in time for travellers taking international flights is one hour.

Horizon Air accepts most small domesticated pets (cats, dogs, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, household birds, non-poisonous reptiles, pot bellied pigs, rabbits, and tropical fish) as Cargo. The fee (whether in the cabin or in the hold) is $100 each way.
