Online check-in is available on all flights with the exception of departures from Alderney, Southampton, Dinard and Grenoble. Web check-in closes for flights from Guernsey and Jersey one hour before departure and three hours before departure for flights from the UK. At the airport, check-in times vary. For example, at London Gatwick the desk opens two-and-a-half hours scheduled departure and the minimum check-in time is 45 minutes.

Hand luggage: one piece is permitted per passenger, with a maximum weight of 10kg and maximum dimensions of 48cm x 36cm x 20cm. It's 6kg on Southampton-Alderney, Dinard-Guernsey and inter-island Trislander flights.

Checked: the free baggage allowance is 20kg, except for the Alderney-Southampton and Guernsey-Dinard routes, where the maximum weight is 15kg.

Excess: excess baggage rates are £10 per kg on Guernsey-Jersey flights and £3 per kg on all other routes.

Seats can be selected via the My Booking section of the site. Reserving a seat on flights between Guernsey/Jersey and the UK costs £3 per person per flight.

Changes to bookings can be made online as long as the original booking was made online. If passengers booked via the Call Centre, changes should be made by calling Reservations. The fee for an online change of booking is £28, offline, the fee is £33. Name changes are possible and charged at £35 per person per flight (online and offline bookings).

Infants (up to two years) seated on an adult’s lap pay £8. There's no discount for children.

Domestic pets (cats and dogs) may travel on Jersey to Guernsey, Guernsey to Alderney and Alderney to Southampton routes. The fee is the adult fare less taxes. Call Reservations to book. Domestic pets are not allowed on regional ATR-72 flights between UK-Guernsey/Jersey, Guernsey/Jersey - UK or flights to/from Dinard.

Musical instruments can be carried and count against the free baggage allowance (15-20kg). Call Reservations (01481 822886) to arrange this in advance.

Complimentary hot and cold drinks are available on flights. There is also a bar from which alcoholic drinks may be purchased.

Aurigny serves complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks (and the local Guernsey newspaper) on afternoon services. Passengers may also purchase drinks from the bar and snacks such as Pringles, Kit Kat, Maomix, Maltesers and Starmix.
